[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]More than 60 students graduated from three programs at the International College of the Cayman Islands in a recent graduation ceremony.

Families and friends gathered at the Cayman Islands Baptist Church on Feb. 20, to celebrate a milestone for 62 students of ICCI, who graduated with various levels of degrees and achievements.

“The journey that our graduates have been on is the result of a collective effort, the result of a community joining together to support and facilitate the success of these individuals before us. Their accomplishments are also ours. As a community, we should celebrate together,” said Interim President Raymond Hayes.

Twenty students graduated at the associate’s level, 23 received a bachelor’s degree, and there were 19 graduates at the master’s level.

A number of additional awards were also given, including the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants Award for highest GPA in accounting, which went to Rashan-Kym Retumban in the associate’s program and Jessica Thomas in the bachelor’s degree program.

Cayman National Bank also presented awards for highest GPA in finance to Naresa Peart-Robinson at the associate’s level and Maxine Gumbs-Gordon at the bachelor’s level.
