The management classes emphasized hiring good people, knowing their needs and using empathy to manage. My experience taught me to know who you are dealing with. Know your expenses, know your income and then be able to balance the two. Not to go into debt if you can avoid it and put money aside when times are good to help hold you over for when times are bad.”
