Anika Jefferson
Anika is an accomplished HR professional with a passion for developing people, strengthening HR capability, and empowering professionals to reach their next level. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources, a Bachelor’s Degree in Globalization, an ILM Level 3 certificate, and is proudly certified as a SHRM‑CP. With over 11 years of experience in the HR field, she currently serves as an HR Manager specializing in Recruitment, where she blends strategy, empathy, and innovation to help organizations build strong, people‑centered teams. Her commitment to professional growth has led her to facilitate numerous HR training sessions and wellness lunch‑and‑learns, building a reputation for making HR concepts clear, practical, and engaging.
Crowned Miss Cayman Islands 2017, Anika brings over six years of pageant experience that sharpened her poise and presence, complemented by her work as a seasoned public speaker and emcee for major events such as the annual Talent Xposition and recently the CISHRP HR Conference. A creative at heart, she enjoys singing—especially Disney karaoke—and finds inspiration in both structure and spontaneity.
Anika brings approachability, clarity, and a supportive teaching style designed to help learners feel confident and prepared. Whether guiding HR professionals through exam prep or encouraging confidence in the classroom, she brings authenticity, professionalism, and a touch of sparkle to every learning experience.
